That's right, demo has started.
First was the kitchen counter top. It wasn't in too bad of shape but they had allowed moisture to get under the formica and it was bubbled.
Good thing is, someone stopped by before the formica went in the dumpster and ask if he could have. Less in the landfill so it's a win win.
Next was the bathroom. How can things be so dirty. Yuck! This is how the bathroom started.

OK, this is my first injury from my remodel. I broke the toilet carrying it our and accidentally cut my toe. I know I should have been wearing steal toed shoes, not flip flops.
