Things finally started moving at the Roberts' house. Super exciting. All the electrical is done. It was super super old wiring so insurance company is happy it's upgraded.

Now it's time to get some paint and get that all touched up.
Also, roofing was delivered today.
They unloaded and it's safe and secure in the garage. Just waiting for a nice hot day!
