Stockings from Great Grandma Gigi are always special.

 Santa couldn't come by so one of his elves came by.   They brought a nice list and a letter from Santa.

I have the greatest bunch of kid, missing Mike and Erin.  

We count our blessings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5......and adding 6 next year.

Christmas Game

Saw this on facebook.   Saran wrap ball game.   This was so much fun.   First you start out with a ball made of saran wrap.   Secret, there are prizes wrapped up within the ball.   Big prize in the middle.

Put everyone in a big circle and put people in teams of two.   While one team tried to unwrap the ball, the next couple rolled the dice, trying to get doubles.   As soon as they roll doubles, they yell STOP and the ball passes to the next couple along with the dice. 

Happy Birthday Mary

My little sister Mary has been through so much over the last several years.   She keeps on smiling and is doing wonderful.    Happy Birthday Mary Ellen.

46 Years ago today

I can't imagine being a little boy of 6 years old when your daddy gets sick with cancer.   Then spending the next 10 years taking care of him.   Here's one of the few pictures we have of Stan and his dad.  

His father died when he was only 16 years old.   Today was the 46th anniversary of his death.  

Osteomyelitis

It's a big word "Osteomyelitis" and one that I'm not liking.    Six weeks of IV antibiotics.   Did my first round today all by myself and I gotta say I was a nervous wreck.    Hope this gets easier and I feel more confident.  

OK,   ready to go.  I have a list as to what the correct order is.
