I have mixed emotions about this job change. I've done the same job for 15 years. It has of course grown in responsibilities during that time but still, doing the same thing for 15 years. I am transferring to the Human Resources Department. Please tell me I'm not crazy. I'm excited to start this new chapter of my Career.
